About
Glenn is a Managing Director at Lazear Capital Partners, leading the firm's Nashville office and advising business owners nationwide on ownership transition, ESOPs, Section 1042 strategies, and mergers and acquisitions. He joined Lazear in November 2024 to extend the firm's coast-to-coast ESOP and succession planning capabilities into Middle Tennessee.
Glenn brings more than 30 years of financial services experience, including two decades in commercial and corporate banking. After building his career in New England — earning an MBA in Finance from Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts — he relocated to Nashville, where he has served local business owners and healthcare providers for more than 15 years.
His Nashville banking career spans Bank of America, where he spent more than a decade as a commercial client manager; Capital Bank, where he served as Senior Vice President prior to its acquisition by First Horizon; and JPMorgan Chase, where he was Executive Director of Middle Market Healthcare. At Oakworth Capital Bank, he served as Managing Director of Commercial Banking for Middle Tennessee, helping establish the bank's Nashville-area commercial presence and advising owners beyond traditional lending relationships.
Glenn helps middle-market companies navigate complex financial and strategic decisions, guiding owners and management teams toward successful outcomes that honor their vision and secure their legacy.
